Edson Felsman
founder of Employment Matters Queensland
Edson has a diverse industry background that dates back to the early 90s.
He has worked in various fields such as recruitment, advertising, retail, operations management, and account management.
His experience includes management positions in Australian-based businesses with interstate interests, worked overseas with Intrawest, and also worked with large multinational corporations such as Merlin Entertainment Group, Village Roadshow Theme Parks, and Australian Brushware Corporation.
Edson has extensive experience in operational management for up to 40 retail outlets, including multiple sites and states. He also has experience in recruitment, staff management, advertising, business development, account management and buying.

Bob Felsman
Co-Founder of Employment Matters
Bob, with his wife Lyn, founded Employment Matters in 2004.
Bob has extensive business experience, including primary production, sales and marketing, and regional management of over 30 staff and 3 site managers in the Employment industry. He has also worked as a trainer in employment skills, and an advertising and media executive.
While Employment Matters was initially focused on diversity across recruitment, contract training, and employment services, the current demand is for recruitment consulting and staff retention across an ever changing and expanding geographic marketplace.
Bob brings with him employment and recruitment industry experience dating back to 1999, while remaining committed to the South Burnett region and responding to the growing demands from other locations.
Lyn Felsman
Co-founder of Employment Matters
Lyn was involved with the commencement of Employment Matters in 2004 and has continued to be an active part of the business throughout its evolution.
From the outset Lyn designed and presented employment services training programmes to assist with personal development, job application techniques and personal presentation for the workplace.
Her personal talents are diverse and she is also a well-recognised artist who continues to have art on display.
Lyn continues to provide strong support to the growth and development of Employment Matters and is actively involved on a daily basis assisting in the background.
